When you send a project brief, we store the contact details, organization, project description, selected offer, and campaign attribution included with your visit. We use it to respond to your enquiry, understand which campaigns are useful, and manage the potential client relationship.

We do not sell submitted information. Access is limited to people working on business development and delivery at 1730. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].

Campaign attribution may include UTM values and a Google click identifier. The enquiry form does not add advertising cookies by itself.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general location (city-level), and which channel or campaign brought a visitor. This helps us improve the site and spend advertising responsibly. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies.

Analytics is enabled by default (implied consent, as permitted in Canada), and you can opt out at any time using the "Opt out" button in the privacy notice at the bottom of the site, or by using a browser that blocks analytics. Opting out stops Google Analytics from collecting your activity on this site. We do not enable Google advertising or personalization cookies unless you explicitly opt in.

If you interact with our concierge chat, the conversation is stored so a person can follow up and improve the service; it is treated the same as an enquiry above. Please don't share confidential information in the chat.
