A junior mining issuer runs on a stream of obligations and material — regulatory deadlines, news releases and their approvals, investor decks, site information, and drill data — that usually lives across inboxes, drives, and individual heads.

The problem

Missing a deadline or losing track of where a release is in approval carries real consequences for an issuer, and the information needed to stay on top of it is scattered. Getting new material into whatever system exists is itself friction, so it often does not happen.

What we did

  1. 01
    One operational surface

A control room that brings deadlines, releases, approvals, decks, sites, and drill data together, so the state of the company is visible in one place instead of reconstructed from several.

  2. 02
Releases and approvals as a workflow

News releases and their approvals tracked as a real workflow, so it is clear what is due, what is in review, and what has gone out.

  3. 03
    Agent-assisted intake

An agent step that helps get incoming material into the system, lowering the effort of keeping it current — with a human in the loop.

  4. 04
    Built as multi-tenant SaaS

A platform shaped to serve issuers as tenants, rather than a one-off internal tool.

Relevance

Where this pattern applies.

  • Deadlines, approvals, releases, decks, and technical data live across inboxes and drives.
  • A small team needs one auditable operating surface without adding heavy administration.
How we would start

A comparable engagement starts by mapping the obligations and the release-and-approval workflow — the parts where mistakes are costly — then builds the control room around them, with agent-assisted intake added once the core is trusted.
